Shetland Story pt.1

OK so clearly I am really terrible at this blogging thing, but this past few days has been so incredible, I just had to talk about it somewhere and this seemed like the most sensible place! I’m up North (waaaaaay up North) for Shetland Wool Week. It’s my first time up here and I didn’t know what to expect, so I didn’t book myself in for anything, just letting the week unfold as it wished. I’m still trying to process what an amazing experience it’s been so far, so in the meantime here’s a little glimpse of what I’ve seen this week.

Many of you have also spotted that I’ve put together a collection of patterns using Shetland yarns (Shetland Story). That’s available over on Ravelry, but I’ll leave the details for another post.
